Counterpart of a Lease by Richard Barnes of Hampton Lucy, gentleman to Robert Reid of Alveston, gentleman of premises, coloured Green on a map thereto for a term of 4 years as from the 25th March 1848 at a yearly rent of £254-10-0. Signed by the parties. Witnesses: William Allen, solicitor of Warwick and Thomas Worthington of Lincoln's Inn. Enclosed a Surrender dated the 18th May 1850 by Robert Reid to Richard Barnes of the residue of the term of 4 years in the meadow called Scales Close in consideration of the Lease for the same period of other land delineated and coloured red on a map thereto.
