Conveyance by Joseph Fraun alias Frampton of Alveston, yeoman to William Stanley of the same place, gentleman, of a messuage, garden, orchard and appurtenances in Alveston in the tenure of the said Joseph Fraun alias Frampton in consideration of £70 paid by William Stanley. Signed by the mark of Joseph Frampton alias Fraun. Seal of red wax a Stags head. Witnesses: Thomas Attwood and Sarah Smith by her mark.
