R. Nason, to Robert Hobbes of Stratford-upon-Avon of the said term of 1000 years in premises called Smiths Orchard and 5 acres of arable being part of Bakers Leys in Alveston in Trust for William Halford of Alveston, gentleman and in consideration of £720 paid by William Halford to John Robert Nason.
