Description

Indenture of Assignment by the Reverend Arthur Annesley of Clifford Chambers, esquire (Executor of Lyster Dighton of Clifford Chambers, esquire deceased who held a term of 1000 years in premises thereinafter described, in trust for John Robert Nason of Alveston, esquire) at the direction of the said J. R. Nason, to Robert Hobbes of Stratford-upon-Avon of the said term of 1000 years in premises called Smiths Orchard and 5 acres of arable being part of Bakers Leys in Alveston in Trust for William Halford of Alveston, gentleman and in consideration of £720 paid by William Halford to John Robert Nason.
