Copy of the Will of Alexander Duke late of Tiddington but then of Leamington, esquire whereby he devised to Elizabeth Bradshaw of Priors Marston for her life, his newly purchased house in Leamington, with remainder to the two daughters of his brother, the Reverend William Duke, in equal shares. Bequests and devises to: Miss Mary Freeman of Flowerfield, Northants., Joseph Clews, theTestator's sister, Mrs. Jane Hamilton, the children of the Testator's late niece Mrs. Lucy Clifford, the Testator's nephew Alexander Duke, son of his brother Robert King Duke, esquire, John Branston Freer of Stratford-upon-Avon esquire, the wife of the Testator's nephew Alexander Duke Hamilton, to the son and daughter of the Testator's late nephew Colonel Andrew Hamilton. Appointment of John Branston Freer, William Pawcett of or near Sligo and Joseph Clews as Executors. Witnesses V. Duke M D, Anne Wheler, Robert Bell Wheler to testify the signatures to Codicils. Proved at London the 7th. May 1834 by the said Executors. Attested the 4th. September 1846 by Job Hobbins and J K Hobbins, law stationers Stratford-upon-Avon.
