Agreement to Grant a Lease: Arley and Stockingford
Agreement between John [Newdigate] Ludford of Ansley Hall, esquire and John Day of Ansley, farmer whereby John Ludford covenanted to grant a Lease of two messuages and 127 acres of arable meadow and pasture also 2 closes called Longfield and Pinfold Croft in Arley and Stockingford to John Day for a term of one year from the 25th March then next ensuing and from year to year at a yearly rent of £91.
