Conveyance by Edward Clopton of Stratford-upon-Avon, esquire (eldest son and heir of Dame Barbara Clopton late wife of Sir John Clopton, Stratford-upon-Avon, knight and daughter of and heir of Sir Edward Walker Knight {theretofore Garter Principal King at Arms and one of the clerks of the Privy Council of H. M. Charles II} deceased) to Samuel Brewster, citizen and grocer of London and his heirs for ever, of a fee farm rent of £18-18-5 issuing out of the Manor of Salford Priors, Warwicks., a fee farm rent of £20 issuing out of the Manor of Salbridge and a fee farm rent of £18 issuing out of the Manor of Ruiton alias Rinton alias Rieton [Ryton on Dunsmore] and a yearly tithe of £3-18-5 1/2 issuing out of the Manor of Radford in consideration of £1300 paid by Samuel Brewster to Edward Clopton.
