Description

Lease from John Grafton theretofore of Rowington but then of Lapworth, tanner, to Richard Chattock of Solihull, gentleman, of a messuage situate near Harbury Heath [Harborough Banks] in the Parish of Lapworth with appurtenances, with the Tanyard with a meadow called Rushy or Simbrook Mead lying on the South of Harbury Heath adjoining to the Lordship of Rowington which premises were formerly in the tenure of Humphrey Shakespeare afterwards of Mary Overton, widow, Mary Overton, spinster and Sarah Overton, spinster and then of John Grafton, for a term of one year at a rent of one peppercorn.
