Final Concord and Agreement made in the Court of Common Pleas at Westminster, Easter Term 1653, before Oliver St. John, John Puliston, Peter Warburton and Edward Atkyns, Justices and others between Thomas Burden, gentleman, plaintiff and Elizabeth Cleeve, widow, Thomas Cleeve and John Askell, gentleman and Mary, his wife, deforciants, of 45 acres of land, 5 acres of meadow, 5 acres of pasture, 2 acres of wood, 10 acres of furze and heath and Common of Pasture for all cattle with appurtenances in Gaydon.
