Description

Lease from the Governors of the Hospital of the Right Honorable the Lady Katherine Leveson in Balsall alias Temple Balsall to Thomas Fisher of Springfield in the Parish of Hampton in Arden, esquire, of several Closes and a Meadow with appurtenances in the Manor of Balsall called: Gosty Reddings, the Holly tree Redings, the Rough Reddings, the Muck Close and the Slade Meadow together with the great and small tithes belonging, which closes and meadow contained 80 acres and were in the occupation of Thomas Fisher the elder for a term of 21 years from the 25th. March 1773 at a yearly rent of £42. Seal of red wax, no impression. Witness to the Common Seal of the Governors: John Fisher.
