Description
Lease from Frances Woodward of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow to Richard Tyler of the same place, gentleman of 2 messuages with appurtenances in the Rothermarkett or Rother Street, Stratford-upon-Avon in the occupation of Frances Woodward which messuages extended in breadth from the house of one [blank] Mace then in the tenure of Nathaniell Dupper on the East side and Hell Lane [Henley Lane/Windsor Street] on the West side and extended in length from the Rother Market or Rother Street on the South and the land of John Wheeler and the land of the Guild of Stratforde on the North side, for a term of 1000 years after the death of Frances Woodward, at a peppercorn rent in consideration of the natural affection which the said Frances had for the said Richard Tyler he being son of Susanna Tyler deceased, daughter of the said Frances and of the service undertaken by the said Richard on behalf of the said Frances.
