Conveyance from Thomas Lucy of Charlecott, esquire and William Lawrence of Charlecott, gentleman to Richard Adams senior and Richard Adams junior, both of Cherrington, yeomen and their heirs for ever, of a messuage with appurtenances in Cherrington and also a half yard land of arable meadow and pasture with appurtenances lying in the Towne Common fields of Cherrington then in the occupation of the said Richard Adams, senior and Richard Adams junior in consideration of £30 paid by Richard Adams, senior and Richard Adams, junior and subject to a rent charge of 6 pence per annum reserved upon the said premises.
