Counterpart of a Lease from Thomas Hay Farren of Ingon, gentleman to John Stanley of Loxley, yeoman, of the capital messuage late in the occupation of Thomas Hay in Loxley with appurtenances and several Closes containing 330 acres, with several doles or allotments in Loxley Wood containing 5 acres which premises were then in the occupation of John Stanley for a term of 17 years from 25th March 1776 at a yearly rent of £215.
