Description

Lease from Elizabeth Archer, Anne Archer, Mary Archer and Martha Archer, all of Wood Bevington in the Parish of Salford, spinsters, Administratrices of their brother Robert Archer, late of Wood Bevington, esquire, deceased, to Francis Dolfing of the same place, yeoman, of a cottage with appurtenances in Berry Coppys adjoining to the Right Honorable Lord Conwy's Park in Salford, containing one bay of building and a garden at the east end of the said Cottage and a piece of ground at the west end of the said Cottage containing 30 yards in length and 16 yards in breadth which premises were theretofore in the occupation of one Thomas Dolfing deceased and then of Francis Dolfing for a term of 99 years from Lady Day then last past at a yearly rent of one shilling.
