Lease from William Sanders of Welford, Northants., esquire and Mary Middlemore (widow of Richard Middlemore late of Edgbaston, esquire deceased) to Anthony Shuckborough of Farthinghoe, Northants., gentleman and Francis Bagshaw of the Middle Temple, London, gentleman, of a capital messuage in Studley and a water corn mill in Studley with appurtenances sometime in the possession of Robert Middlemore of Edgbaston, esquire in Studley, Ipsley and Morton [Bagot], for a term of 7 years then ensuing if the said Mary Middlemore should so long live at a rent of one peppercorn.
