Counterpart of a Conveyance by George Corbyn of Corbyn's Hall, Staffordshire, gentleman and Thomas Corbyn of Hallend in the Parish of Pollesworth [Polesworth], gentleman (son and heir apparent of the said George Corbyn) and Winifred his wife, to Sir Francis Nethersole of Pollesworth, knight and his heirs for ever, of a cottage with appurtenances in Pollesworth then in the occupation of Elizabeth Growtwick also a close of pasture in Pollesworth called Dudfen Hey together with a coppice called Dudfen Hey Coppice adjoining the said close both containing 10 acres and theretofore in the occupation of George Corbyn, Thomas Corbyn and William Rollett: also all the arable leys, selions of ground and meadows, Lades, holmes baulks commons etc. in the fields of Pollesworth belonging to the said George Corbyn, Thomas Corbyn and Winifred his wife namely :- in Stypershill field, Nether Field, Nether Field Meadow, Bradford Field, Corn Rydeing, New Close, Broomey Close, Broomey Hill, Over Paddock, Nether Paddock, Towne Meadow, Byrchmores Pollesworth, Middle Field and Pollesworth Common Also portion of the Lane or Common ground called Kittwood Lane which extended from Kittwood to Pollesworth Common also portion of a lane called Church Lane which lay between the Sheldons and Kittwood except right of Common in respect of a cottage occupied by William Rollett in a lane called Blackwell Lane alias Rollett's Lane leading from Pollesworth Common to Byrchmores and right of passage through Rolletts Lane and Church Lane and except also all hereditaments in Hallend or Doddenhall then in the occupation of Thomas Corbyn and formerly enjoyed with the above mentioned hereditaments.
