Exemplification of a Recovery suffered at Westminster in the Court of Common Pleas, Hilary Term 1734, before Sir Robert Eyre knight and his brethren by Richard Lyster, esquire and Charles Baldwyn, esquire, demandants against Edward Hosier, esquire and Maximilian Stevens, esquire, tenants, of the Manor of Radbourne with appurtenances, one messuage, 100 acres of land, 25 acres of meadow, 90 acres of pasture, 50 acres of furze and heath and common of pasture in Radbourn. Robert Pigott the elder and Robert Pigott the younger being Vouchees. Seal of green wax in a box.
