Description

Grant by Sir John Dryden of Cannons Ashby, baronet to John Dryden of the same place, esquire and his heirs for ever (second son of the said Sir John) of a capital messuage in Nether Radbourn then in the tenure of William Pargiter and a full moiety or half of the moiety of the Manor of Radbourne and the Advowson of the Church of the same place also the full moiety or half of the closes meadows lands tenements and hereditaments of the said Sir John Dryden in Redbourne called Little or Nether Radbourne then in the tenure of William Pargiter, which moiety was to be lying furthest from Hodnell House and divided into severalty by persons chosen by the said Sir John and his son John and to be of the yearly value of £205.
