Copy Mortgage by Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 18th July 1770 by Robert Pigott of Chetwyn, Salop., esquire (eldest son of Robert Pigott late of the same place, esquire by Ann his wife theretofore Ann Peers, both deceased, which Robert Pigott the father was eldest son and heir at law and devisee of Robert Pigott of Chesterton in the County of Huntingdon, esquire deceased, who was the nephew and devisee of John Dryden theretofore of Chesterton aforesaid, deceased) to Robert Child of Osterley Park, Middlesex, esquire, of hereditaments in the Counties of Salop. and Hereford and in Radbourne in the County of Warwick; also in the Counties of Northampton and Huntingdon in consideration of £10,000. Witnesses: Francis Chambre and Gilbert Jodsell. Lease by Robert Pigott to Robert Child of the same premises for one year. Witnessed as before.
