Conveyance by Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 20th March 1719 by Francis Baker of Henley-in-Arden, maltster and executor of the Will of Christopher Baker late of Henley aforesaid and Thomas Baker of the same place, maltster to Edward Pretty of Feckenham, yeoman, of 60 acres in the Common Fields of Whitley called Whitley Field, Sandy Field and Perryford Field more particularly described in a schedule thereto, in consideration of £390 paid by the said Edward Pretty. Signed: Francis Baker and Thomas Baker. Seals of red wax. Witnesses: William Yates, Ja: Baker and Fr: Woodcock. Lease dated the 19th March 1719 by Francis Baker and Thomas Baker to Edward Pretty of the same premises for one year. Signed, sealed and witnessed as before.
