Covenant to Levy a Fine: Radbourne

Description

Covenant by Samuel Cleaver of Leamington Hastings, grazier, Henry Cleaver of Kites Hardwick, grazier and Ann, his wife with John Warren of Daventry, Northants., gentleman, to levy a Fine of the premises described in ER3/3248-3249 which Fine should enure as to and concerning the capital messuage, Round Meadow, Chappel Ground, Long Meadow, the Pingle (1 acre, 2 roods and 15 perches) and tithes thereon and also an eighth part of the Manor and Advowson of Radbourn, to the use of Samuel Cleaver and his heirs and as to and concerning Millfield, Corn Close, Willford, the Pingle (2a-1r-7p), the Lesser Pingle (1a-1r-21p) and tithes thereon also an eighth part of the Manor and Advowson of Radbourn, to the use of such person as the said Henry Cleaver should by deed or Will appoint and in default of such appointment to the use of Henry Cleaver and his heirs for ever.
