Description

Conveyance by Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 8th February 1751 by Thomas Walford of Wolverton, gentleman and Elizabeth, his wife to Seymour Walford of the same place (eldest son and heir of the said Thomas Walford and Elizabeth) and Stephen Edkins of Birmingham, gentleman, of the premises in Wolverton described in ER3/3286 in Trust for the said Seymour Walford and his heirs free from the right of Felicia, his then wife to have dower therein, in consideration of £1200 paid by Seymour Walford to Thomas Walford. Signed by the parties. Armorial seals of red wax. Witnesses: Fettiplace Nott, Thomas Cecill, James Cooke and John Williams. Lease dated 7th February 1751 by Thomas Walford to Seymour Walford of the same premises for one year. Signed: Thomas Walford. Armorial seal of red wax.
