Mortgage by Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 28th February 1751 by Seymour Walford of Wolverton, gentleman and Stephen Edkins of Birmingham, gentleman (a Trustee for Seymour Walford) to Mary Levett of Lichfield, spinster, of the premises in Wolverton referred to in ER3/3287-3288 for £1200 subject to a proviso for redemption. Signed: Seymour Walford and Stephen Edkins. Seals of red wax, the seal of Seymour Walford being an armorial seal. Witnesses: Fettiplace Nott, Thomas Cecill and James Williams. Lease dated 27th February 1751 by Seymour Walford and Stephen Edkins to Mary Levett of the same premises for one year. Signed and sealed as before. Witnesses: Thomas Cecill and John Williams. Bond dated 27th February 1751 by Seymoure Walford to Mary Levett in the penal sum of £2400 the condition of that obligation being the repayment of the £1200 lent upon mortgage by ER3/3290.
