Sale by Anthony Lampett the elder of Broadway, yeoman and William Lampett the younger of Broadway, yeoman, the younger son of the said Anthony to Francis Keyt of Barton on the Heath, Warks., esquire, for the sum of £50, of a close of meadow with the appurtenances in the Bury end of Broadway containing 1 acre in the occupation the said Anthony or William Lampett or their assigns the close called the Parsonage Close lying on the South and the close of Robert Garrett on the North. Signed by Anthony Lampett and William Lampett. Seals lost. Witnesses to the signature of Anthony Lampett: Nathaniel Roberts, Sibilla Douer, John Keyt and the mark of Mary Keyt.
