Indenture between William Hodges of Gloucester, gentleman, Elizabeth Savage of the same place, widow and relict of George Savage, esquire deceased, Thomas Savage of Standish, Glos., clerk and Nathaniel Savage of London, linen draper, the only sons of the said George and Elizabeth Savage of the one part, and William Lane of Apperly, Glos., esquire of the other part, covenanting to lead the uses of a Fine of the Manor of Staverton, a tenement standing in Heydon in the Parish of Staverton, lands in the Parish of The Lye [Leigh], Glos., lands in Boddington, Moors etc. in Boddington, a tenement and lands in Broadway called Dorknapp and others in St. Briavells.
