Lease by Sir Henry Willoughby of Risley, Derbyshire, baronet to Francis Willoughby of Risley, esquire, Edward Charlton of Sandyacre, Derbyshire and Edward Holt of Risley, gentlemen, of the Manors of Nuneaton, Attleborough, The Habit ('Thavite'), Wilsey, Stockingford and Kingsbury with appurtenances, also Kingsbury Park and all the messuages lands etc. of him the said Sir Henry in the said Manors and in Kingsbury Hall and elsewhere in the County of Warwick which were the inheritance of Dame Elizabeth Willoughby deceased, theretofore wife of the said Sir Henry, also the Manors of Burton Hastings and Horton alias Horston Fields in the County of Warwick, with appurtenances, and the Manor, messuage or farm called Ipsley alias Ipsley Hall and the Hundred of Hemlingford in the County of Warwick and the messuages, farms etc. called Harbourne and Smethwick in the County of Stafford with appurtenances and all other the hereditaments of the said Sir Henry in the Counties of Warwick, Stafford, Worcester, Salop and Berks., which were the inheritance of the said Dame Elizabeth, for a term of 19 years at a peppercorn rent.
