Memorandum of Agreement between Miss Elizabeth Prickett, Stratford-upon-Avon, spinster with Mary Ann Taylor, Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, and John Wincote, Alveston, innkeeper, whereby the former relinquish to Wincote their rights to the pump and well behind the premises and instead of contributing to repair, agree to pay Wincote 2 shillings 6d annually for water and use of pump.
