Statutory declaration by Thomas Lane, Alveston, postmaster and John Wincote, Alveston, builder as to the marriage in 1846 of John Wincote formerly of Alveston, innkeeper and Eliza Tennant at Leamington Parish church, the birth of a son, John Wincote and daughter (since deceased); the purchase of premises in Mansell Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, in 1873 and 1878; the death intestate of John Wincote the elder on 8 January 1882; the deaths of Elizabeth Prickett on 19 January 1883 and Mary Ann Taylor on 27 June 1883. Attached are copies of the marriage certificate of John Wincote, (son of William, miller) and Eliza Tennant(daughter of Samuel, mason) on 6 August 1846; the birth certificate of John Wincote, son of John (shoemaker) and Eliza, on 25 January 1852; death certificate of John Wincote, aged 64, 12 January 1882
