Draft Conveyance by Joseph Holtom of Stratford-upon-Avon, builder of the first part, George Hemming of Tiddington in the Parish of Alveston, innkeeper of the second part and Job Hobbins of Stratford-upon-Avon, law stationer of the third part, of a plot of land containing 539 square yards bounded on the South by the Stratford to Wellesbourne Road and on the West by the premises referred to in ER3/3848, together with two newly erected messuages thereon as delineated on a plan.
