Draft Mortgage by William Scrubey of Snitterfield, yeoman to Robert Walker of Stratford-upon-Avon, hop merchant, of:- First, a piece of land adjoining the road from Snitterfield to Wolverton bounded on the upper end thereof by the piece of land secondly described and at front of the said road containing 428 square yards. Second, a piece of garden ground containing 11 perches adjoining the last mentioned piece of land and the said road. Third, five cottages with appurtenances built by William Scrubey on the partly described piece of land.
