Draft Conveyance by Eli Simcox of West Bromwich, Staffs., commission agent and James Kibler of Wellesbourne Hastings, builder, John Cross of the same place, tailor and William Pratt of Moreton Morrell, cordwainer (Mortgagees of the said Eli Simcox) to Alice and Emma Heming of Tiddington, spinsters, of a piece of land in Tiddington containing 825 square yards bounded on the North West thereof by the Stratford to Wellesbourne Road, together with two messuages erected on the said piece of land.
