Draft Assignment by Arthur Edwin Whittone of Snitterfield, farmer with the consent of Harriet Cardine Attye, Margaretha Ellen Attye and Augustus Jeans Attye all of Ingon Grange, spinsters to William Whitworth of Potters Bury, Berks., esquire, of the residue of a term of 7 years from the 29th September 1875 in a farm called Hollow Meadow Farm (see ER3/3891) comprising a farmhouse outbuildings etc. and also several pieces of land with a cottage barn etc. being part of Ingon Grange Estate, all which premises contained 249 acres, 3 roods and 6 perches.
