Draft Conveyance by Thomas Lucas of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman and John Hawkes of Rowington, farmer (surviving Trustee under the Will of Edwards Yerrow Hawkes) and William Oakes Hunt and Henry Oliver Hunt both of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentlemen (Trustees under the Marriage Settlement of Ann Evans) to John Wesson of Snitterfield, blacksmith, of several closes etc. called the First and Second Blacon together with the buildings thereon containing 16 acres, 1 rood and 24 perches, the First Holbrook (10 a-0r-15p), the Middle Holbrook (9a-0r-26p), the Far Holbrook (5a-0r-4p) and the Sally Ground (5a-0r-17p) making in the whole 45a-3r-6p, which closes adjoined each other lengthways from South to North or North West bounded on the North by the Stratford to Alcester Road and on the West partly by a road called Warwick Way [Bishopton Lane] leading from the said Stratford to Alcester Road towards Warwick.
