Description
Deed Poll under the hand and seal of Thomas Hardres, of Canterbury, esquire whereby he granted and released to Sir James Hales his heirs etc. all the property referred to in DR 38/24 during the life of Stephen Hales (then Sir Stephen Hales). Signed: Tho. Hardres. Seal missing. Witnesses: Simeon Burrought (by mark), and by Nich. Nicholson.
