Abstract of Exemplification of a Bill and Answer and Depositions in a cause of Thomas Coventry, esquire Complainant and Dame Elizabeth Hales and other Defendants. Witnesses examined at Warwick on the 16th March 1668 before John Lax, Edward Owen, John Wagstaff and Nathaniel Cookes Commissioners being Nathaniel Cookes aged 50 years, Francis Knottisford of Studley aged 44 years, Thomas Aubrey of London gentleman aged 37 years, Ralph Sheldon gentleman, one of the sons of Edward Sheldon of Stratton, Gloucestershire aged 29 years, George Sheldon of Westcoat, Gloucestershire esquire aged 40 years, William Booth of Witton, Warwickshire esquire aged about 45 years and Thomas Homer of Witton aforesaid gentleman aged 22 years.
