Exemplification of a Recovery suffered in Michaelmas Term 1809,wherein William Domville of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex was Demandant, George Kinderley of the same place Tenant and the Earl and Countess of Coventry Vouchees of the Manors of Snitterfield, Luscombe and Bearley with appurtenances, 60 messuages, 5 tofts, 4 dovehouses, 80 gardens, 2000 acres of land, 300 acres of meadow, 500 acres of pasture, 250 acres of wood, 400 acres of furze and heath, common of pasture for all cattle, View of Frankpledge, goods and chattels of all felons, and fugitives and felons themselves in Snitterfield, Bearley, Luscombe, Fulbrooke and Le Heath and yearly rents of £8-7-6 1/2d, £9-9-0 and £1-17-6 issuing out of certain lands in Snitterfield. Seal in box damaged.
