Indenture dated 13th February 1867 between Richard Smith of Frogmore House, Snitterfield, esquire of one part and Edward Davies of Woundale in the Parish of Claverley, Shropshire, farmer of the other part whereby the property referred to in DR38/221 and set out in a Schedule hereto with map was further mortgaged to Edward Davies for £1500 subject to the first mortgage described in DR38/223.
