Snitterfield deeds: Phillips of Welcombe

Description

Indenture dated 31st July 1865 between Henry Smith of Snitterfield, gentleman of one part and Richard Smith of Snitterfield, gentleman of the other part whereby the tithe rent charge arising in respect of 201 acres, 3 roods and 2 1/2 perches (more particularly described in a Schedule being part of the 346a-2r-5p mentioned in DR38/229, and then in the ownership of Richard Smith) which tithe rent charge was apportioned at £10-15-0 (part of the £18-10-0 issuing out of the whole 346a-2r-5p) was conveyed by Henry Smith to Richard Smith.
