Description

Demise for the life of the grantee with warranty from Ranulph de Folewode chaplain to Richard de Piryhul of a messuage with garden and curbilage and all lands, tenements, woods, meadows, pastures which the said Richard lately enfeoffed to Dom Robert de Folewode vicar of Toneworth, and which was later enfoeffed to the said grantor the said Richard to hold for the term of his life from the grantor and his lawful issue according to the terms of the writing made concerning the said tenement and a tenement formerly belonging to William atte Lee at ? Beaumunt rendering one rose at the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist and the service due from the grantor to the chief lords of the fee, the said property to revert to the grantor upon the death of the said Richard.
