Lease for the lives of lessees from Richard de Budiford and John le Marsechall of Bustlesham to Robert de Fulwode and Simon his son of a messuage lying under le Erleswode with a certain field called le Fordelond with 7 acres of land lying in a field called le Fifacres and that pond which was formerly a marlpit lying on the left of the highway leading from Erleswode through the tenement of Richard Prat towards Henleye with all appurtenances in Toneworth; to hold the same for the term of their lives rendering annually one rose on the feast of the nativity of St John the Baptist in lieu of all services and making due and customary service to the chief lords of the fee.
