All the lands of the said Thomas with tenements, meadows, pastures, feedings, woods, waters and appurtenances in Toneworth' in Co. Warr' and also his rent in Co. Leycestrie at Overton from the land held by Thomas Atteyate, Margaret his wife and Hnery their son from the said Thomas for all the term of the lives of the said Thomas, Margaret and Henry. To hold the said property, together with the reversion of the said lands upon the death of the said Thomas, Margaret and Henry, for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and custom service.
