Lease from William de Folewode the elder of Toneworth to William son of Robert de Folwode of the same of all the oak trees, underwoods and all manner of undergrowth growing in Toneworth in length and breadth between two roads and the land and park of the said William the elder in extent according to the wish of the said William son of Robert, from the present date until Micaelmas and for one year following, with free entry, exit and carriage of the same during the said term. The said William the elder agreed not to sell or cut any of the said wood growing on these lands for the rest of his life without the consent of the said William son of Robert excepting Housbote and Haybote which he was to take as he wished.
