Gift with warranty from John le Archer of Toneworth' to Thimas (? Thomas) son of Robert de Folewode and Joan his wife and their lawful issue of an acre of land at le Wodelond in Toneworth lying in breadth between the land of the grantor on the one hand and the high road leading from the park of the Earl of Warr' towards the church of Toneworth' and in length from the said park as far as the land of the grantor; to hold the same rendering annually six pence in silver at Micaelmas and Lady Day in equal portions, also making annually 2 suits at the court of the said John in Toneworth upon reasonable summons and paying heriot when it fell due in lieu of all services with the conditional clause that if the said Thomas or Joan died without such lawful issue it should be lawful for either of them to demise or alienate the said property to whomsoever they wished for the term of three times 100 years to hold under the same conditions with reversion to the heirs of the grantor at the end of the said term.
