Gift with warranty from John son of William Page of Toneworth' to Richard de Sottone of the same of a piece of land in Toneworth' extending in length between the land held by Peter Trages on both sides and in breadth between the land held by the said Peter on the one hand and the highway leading from the court-house [curia] of Toneworth towards Henleye; to hold with thehouses built upon it and hedges and ditches, rendering due and customary service to the chief lords of the fee.
