Gift in exchange with warranty from John atte Leye of Kynges-nortone to Alice formerly wife of Richard be Brochurst', Nicholas his son and the heirs of the said Nicholas of three fields lying in Toneworhe between the land of Richard othe heth' on the one hand and the highway leading from Solihull' towards Fossawe called Herdemonesty on the other and between the land of John Maggesone and the highway leading from Herdemonesty towards Henley as they are defined and surrounded by their metes, boundaries, hedges, ditches, excepting the fishing rights in a marlpit in one of the said fields with free entry and exit to stock fish and stop up as he had been accustomed to do without impediment; to hold from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service; the said grantor gave warranty for the said lands in exchange for lands, meadows and rents of the said Alice in Kyngesnorton.
