Quitclaim with warranty from Richard atte Mulne of Toneworth' to Thomas de Fulwaode of all lands, tenements with houses buildings, gardens cartilages, meadows pastures in Toneworth' which the said Richard and Thomas Held by the gift and feoffment of Joan who was the wife of John de Stanford' as they are deined and circumscribed by metes and bounds and hedges and ditches; to hold of the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service, the said Richard and his heirs to have no right of ejection or sale.
