Description

Gift with warranty from Joan attecoppe of Thoneworth', formerly wife of Richard Ernald the elder of the same, to John Ernald son of the said Joan, and Isoude, daughter of Amice le Webbe of Thoneworth', of all lands and tenements together with dower held by Agnes attecoppe who was the wife of John attecoppe of Thoneworth', father of the grantor, and which she inherited on the death of her father, the said lands lying in Thoneworth' as is described in a charter of the said John; to hold to the said John and Isoude and their lawful heirs together with the aforesaid dower; if the said John and Isoude die without such heirs the said land and dower to revert to the grantor and her lawful heirs; rendering annually due and customary service to the chief lords of the fee.
