Gift with warranty from John del Hethe of Thaneworth to Dom Henry, perpetual vicar of the church of Thaneworth, William de Brokhurst of Solyhull', chaplain, Ralph de Fulford and Henry Wateres of all those lands and tenements with houses, gardens, cartilages, meadows, woods, moors which the grantor held of Thomas le Archer in the fee of Thanworth with 5 shillings annual rent from tenements formerly belonging to Alice Martyn, John Wyntertone, John Elys, William de Fulwod' with wardships, marriages, reliefs, escheats and liberties pertaining to the said rents in Thaneworth; to hold the said lands and taking annual rents, that is to say from the tenement formerly belonging to Alice Martyn 2 shillings and 4 pence, from the tenements of John Wynterton 12 pence, from the tenement of John Elys 18 pence, from the tenement formerly belonging to William de Fulwode 2 pence [ 2 terms], for ever from the chief lords of the fee for the services pertaining to the said lands and rents. Dated at Thaneworth', Thursday after the feast of St Ambrose, Bishop and Confessor, 34 Edward III.
