Gift with warranty from John son of John atte Lee of Toneworth' to James Farmon of Heneleyes, chaplain, of all the lands and tenements of the grantor in Toneworth', i.e. a messauge, curtilage, garden, lands, meadows, crofts, woods, moors, pastures, feedings as fully as the same passed to the grantor on the death of his father, John atte Lee; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated at Toneworth', Thursday after the feast of St Thomas the Martyr, 33 Edward III.
