Gift with warranty from Augustine de Thoneworth, son of William Larcher to Eleanor [ Elen, Helen?] la Fauconere of Melchbourn' and Juliana her sister and formerly wife of the said William Larcher of 5 selions of lying lying in the field of Pirihul of which three lay between the land of Thoams Larcher on the one hand and the land of William Broun on the other in length, and in breadth between the land of the said Thomas on the one hand and the land of Richard atte Berne on the other; the other two selions lying in length between land of the said Thomas Larcher on both sides and in breadth between land formerly belonging to John le Barton on both sides; to from the the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated at Toneworth', on the feast of St James the Apostle, 25 Edward III. Witnesses: Thomas Larcher of Toneworthe, Richard atte Berne, William and Richard Broun of the same and others. Circular seal of natural wax, partly defaced, 3/4 in., ? a cross bow with an arrow in position.
